Muay Thai Training - Switch Hitting off the Left Body Kick with Damien Trainor

It feels like it has been forever now since I left the truly phenomenal Lionheart Muay Thai Koh Samui after having spent a fortnight there last summer with my great friend Damien Trainor and our assorted families/friends!

I know I can speak for all of us when I say what an outstanding time we all had!!

Here, in this short video we filmed in-between training, Damien (alongside Lionheart Muay Thai founder and head coach Tony Olin) goes over a drill he likes to use when looking to get past the left body defence of any opponent whilst sparring or fighting.
