Records Management Network August 2024

This Records Management Network (RMN) event was held in August as a hybrid event, with presentations made at the Victorian Archives Centre in North Melbourne.

The RMN was established to provide a forum for knowledge exchange and discussion on issues affecting records management in the Victorian public sector. Its members principally consist of those responsible for records management and archives in public bodies in Victoria.

This event included an introduction from Director and Keeper of Public Records, Justine Heazlewood, who provided an update on Public Record Office Victoria activities, followed by presentations from:
Sean Morrison (Commissioner, OVIC)
Mary Neazor (Environmental Protection Agency Victoria)
Xander Hunter (PROV)
And a roundtable of industry specialists discussing M365 recordkeeping challenges and learnings.
