Fixed flexion deformity of right knee ( post-infection) with fibrous ankylosis
Complains of difficulty in walking
Had a history of open right proximal tibia fracture 2 year back
Got treatment from a quack
FFD right knee-70 degree
Right leg in 25 degree vagus, externally rotated
Multiple scars of healed sinuses right thigh
Restriction of movement in right knee with fibrous ankylosis
Pre op Clinical picture and video and 2 months post op clinical picture and video
Did open knee arthrolysis + Capsular release with release of adhesions followed by knee gaiters and physiotherapy
