Detective Chris Boulter and Officer Bertram on film talking about a person filming the police in my area. While they never say JCB directly, they both elude to having watched video's that a person is taking in the Jackson,MI area trying to keep police accountable. To my knowledge JCB is the only cop block group in Jackson. While police accountability is non-existent, for now, at least these officers are taking note that someone here is watching and getting others to do the same. Citizen journalist have been submitting there video's to JCB. More people are getting their camera's out and pointing them at the police. With more people aware of their right's, the police may behave more accordingly. These two officers have it in their crawl now that people are filming.
