Entrepreneurial Journey –
1991 – Started Micro Clinic Pvt. Ltd in partnership, with savings from PF. Offering IT and break-fix services, the company helps its enterprise customers resurrect PCs in under four hours. With the motto “Life after death”, IT services aimed to transform the business operations.

1993 - Dr. Solomon’s Anti-Virus Suite - one of the first commercial anti-virus products - is integrated into the core Micro Clinic offering.

1998-1999 - Micro Clinic forms strategic partnerships with Compaq and IBM – two PC manufacturing giants of the era.

2000 - As both regulations and threats from cyber criminals begin to mount, Micro Clinic launches a pioneering Auditing service to keep companies secure and compliant

2004 - Micro Clinic adopts a new slogan, “Where Solutions are Born,” and begins transforming itself to meet that promise.

2005 - Enterprise storage needs begin a ceaseless upward climb. Micro Clinic begins developing solutions geared towards both SAN and NAS implementations.

2014 - Hitachi, a global manufacturing and information technology conglomerate, acquires Micro Clinic.

2016 - Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic emerges as a one of the leading System Integrators in India.

2017 - Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic launches a Global Operations Centre and a Network Operations Center to provide unmatched monitoring and support services to companies worldwide.

2018 - Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic launches SOC.

2019-2020 – Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic expands its footprint in Middle East and South East Asia



Highlights
• At the time of its inception in 1991, Micro Clinic had a growth of INR 14.6 Lacs per annum and today the annual revenue of Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic stands at approx. INR 1500 Crores, with an employee base of 2000+ across 21 branches and 180+ service locations in India, middle east and south east Asia.
• Received - “Young Entrepreneur Award” from India Today, ‘President’s circle award’ from Dell Technologies in 2019 and 2017.


About Project:
Having a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise is obviously important, but what good is it if the mentor keeps that information close to their chest? Good mentors have not only a willingness but a keen desire to share this information. They possess empathy and understand what it was like to be just starting out in their career or field. This drives them to pay it forward, so to speak, through mentorship.

Everyone needs someone to look up to and to follow the pattern set by those professionals. We believe however, that the current generation needs a lot more mentoring than they are currently getting. Believe in yourself and you will see your future being created.

Good mentors have not only a willingness but a keen desire to share this information. They possess empathy and understand what it was like to be just starting out in their career or field. This drives them to pay it forward, so to speak, through mentorship.

The motive is simple to encourage the young generation to be what they want to be and at the same time sharing real life experiences straight from their mentors/industry leaders.

Focusing on the same we are creating a series of videos under the name “Amazing Mentor” for youth and entrepreneurs focusing on top government officials, successful entrepreneurs, MD and CEO of top companies.
