beatiful in everyway
We bought these pans to replace our old nonstick pans that had started to flake. We bought the 12' and the 10" pan. Both came with clear glass lids which fit nicely. Each lid has a small hole in the glass for venting steam. Which is a very nice feature. The pans have a beautiful hammer tone on the outside. The construction is what appears to be copper plated aluminum. There's a magnetic induction plate on the bottom of each. The rim of each pan is thicker that the pan itself which adds strength. The non stick cooper ceramic coating is the best I've every seen or used. NOTHING STICKS TO THIS COATING! We tried everything from cooking without oil or butter to frying cheese and chocolate. These pans are deeper than your standard fry pan which is also great. The pan side are also more straight rather the steeply sloped. We can cook larger meals in these. Our pans look great, cook great and clean up with just a paper towel if need be. The pans we received do everything the manufacture claims they should. I would definitely buy these again. But I think by following the manufactures use and care instructions that won't be for quite awhile.
