- RDL Pulses: 4 Sets of 30.
- Single Leg Glute Bridge: 3 Sets of 15
- Goblet Squat Pulses: 3 Sets of 50
- Lying Side Leg Raises: 3 Sets of 30
- Glute Bridge Hold Time: 1 - 12 Sets
