If you’re new to my channel, my name is Nick Tubis. I’m the founder and CEO of Tubis Enterprises. It’s a portfolio of e-learning and software companies, which is just a formal way of saying we sell sales training and sales software to make it easier to land enterprise customers.
My previous company, Order Solutions, was bootstrapped from zero to 300 employees in 24 months and processed over $200M in off-premise revenue annually for large enterprises such as Jersey Mike’s, Denny’s, Famous Dave’s, O'Charley's, Outback, Papa Murphy’s, City BBQ, and many others.
Our enterprise sales frameworks have also booked meetings and deals with companies like Geico, Wells Fargo, AutoZone, Meta, Toms Shoes, and most of the Fortune 500. Given this is a YT channel, and anyone can claim anything, I’ll give you some stuff you can google to verify below.
How I got here…
19 years old: Started my first internet business selling golf clubs online and made $20K per month starting with just $500.
21 years old: Co-Founded LiveVoice, selling answering services and lead response services to small-medium-sized businesses.
22 years old: Scaled LiveVoice to nearly $1M in ARR.
23 years old: Sold LiveVoice.
23 years old: Founded Order Solutions, a restaurant call center company.
24 years old: Landed our first multi-million dollar account.
25 years old: Made over $1M EBITDA and added Hooters, Burger Fi, Jersey Mike's, O'Charley's to the client roster.
26 years old: Added Papa Murphy's, Outback, Edible Arrangements, Potbelly, ConverseNow, Valyant AI to the client roster.
27 years old: Scaled Order Solutions to 300 employees and exited the business to a publicly traded company.
28 years old: Became a Go-To-Market advisor for some of the fastest-growing AI startups.
29 years old: Wrote my first book, "The Art of The Enterprise Sale."
Today: Tubis Enterprises continues to grow, providing invaluable advice and strategies to help businesses scale. Our experience spans multiple industries, and our portfolio includes some of the most innovative companies in the AI and SaaS sectors.
