Today let's figure out if the Dime Distortion sounds like Dime or not. I won this pedal awhile back on Ola Englund's Discord. It came straight out of Sweden from the man himself, and he was even nice enough to autograph it for me. This is the exact pedal you see him using in his Dime Distortion videos. Regardless, this pedal is not that good, it is very underwhelming. It gives a hint of Dime's sound, but overall I find this pedal very frustrating because the EQ is so annoying to dial in. Does the Dime Distortion sound like Dime? Kinda, but if you're looking for a distortion pedal that can do the Dime sound there are so many better pedals out there to use then this. Sadly this pedal just isn't up to snuff.
