🎨 My 1st Watercolour Painting! | KURETAKE Gansai Tambi First Impressions + Speed Paint Ghibli Scene

Hi everyone~ It's been quite a while since my last video but today, I have another review on a painting palette! It's the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolour set in 36 colours!! This set was something that caught my eye since last year but I hesitated a lot since I've never painted an artwork piece using watercolour and wasn't sure if it would suit my style of paintings.

*DISCLAIMER: only the blue sky was gouache, everything else was from the Watercolour Palette!

I also tried to look up reviews and painting demonstrations, but I didn't really see Gansai being used in this particular way (more intense) and thus I honestly didn't know how vibrant or opaque these were and that's why I really wanted to make this video to not only show it's vibrancy, but also its versatility! I hope this painting demonstration and the review provides a different perspective on the capabilities of this palette if you wanted more clarity!

Some things to consider however if purchasing:
1. Not your usual watercolour texture; it is gansai so texture, reaction to water and finish may be different to typical western watercolours
2. Do you need 36 colours and do these colours suit your style and things you want to paint
3. Try to get at a discount as have seen this product go on sale frequently
