What do Christians think about the government? Who should Christians vote for?

With captions. Lecture for a local church conference on Christian Basics. This video is of a sermon preached in Edinburgh just before voting was to take place for a General Election. It tries to explain Paul's teaching about the government authorities in Romans 13. The role of the civil state is discussed. Macleod's views on priorities to consider before casting your ballot are outlines. Donald Macleod was a Presbyterian who subscribed to the Westminster Confession of Faith. He wrote the several popular books on theology.
