Jane Mullin: So I've been using oils for well over 10 years. I was a blue diamond rep and also Canadian founder with another company who's only product was essential oils.

Because of this I learned so much about essential oils. I'm not a doctor, I'm not an aroma therapist, I'm not trained in anything specific. But I have been using them internally, topically and aromantically for over 10 years. And because of that I do have a wealth of knowledge.

And I just want to point out right now that a good friend of mine is a doctor of natural medicine. And her name is Dr. Michelle Cook. She has an essential oil section. And another, especially for us women, Essential Oils For Hormone Bliss. She has recipes in there, she talks about the proper usage of essential oils.
