How does the Certified Cash Flow Specialist™ Designation compare to other financial designations?

Like other financial designation programs, the Certified Cash Flow Specialist™ Program, or CCS™, is a formal course that requires financial professionals to pass exams, adhere to a code of conduct, and attain a certain number of continuing education credits each year. Unlike many other financial designations, the CCS™ also requires those who complete the program to prove they do regular cash flow planning for their clients as well as complete an annual case study.

Rather than just passing a series of exams, paying a fee and taking some form of annual continuing education from any source, CCS members will be required to regularly complete cash flow plans for their clients in order to keep the designation. The goal of this program isn't just to educate financial professionals on Cash Flow Management.

The goal of this program is to ensure that financial professionals continually offer and work to improve the specialized services they've been trained to perform. In order for this program to have true value to both the industry and the public, it's important that Cash Flow Planning be fully integrated into a Certified Cash Flow Specialist's practice.
