United States is returning to its old military bases in Subic Bay Philippines just right next to China.

United States President Donald Trump is optimistic that the US and the Philippines will amass, more ammunition than any country has ever had. Through a proposed ammunition manufacturing hub at Subic Bay, located north of Manila, the site of a former American naval base.

The facility, backed by U.S. government, is part of the broader Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) and will rise in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, seen as a key location in the evolving security landscape of the Indo-Pacific. United States President Donald Trump underscored the strategic importance of the proposed ammunition manufacturing facility in Subic Bay in Zambales, saying it would boost both Philippine defense capabilities and US military readiness.
