The plaintiff’s daughter had sex with the defendant’s daughter’s boyfriend to get revenge, which caused a fight between the two girls and the plaintiff’s daughter’s coat got ruined. She’s suing for the value of a coat. The defendant says the plaintiff’s daughter instigated the fight and refuses to pay.
