The podcast started off so that we'd be able to help people reframe their story, because the story when we're overthinking or when we're having negative thoughts are usually the stories we don't want to be playing in our mind. By reframing our language we’re playing the stories we do want. I had a lot of, I can cope a, a lot of, I can cope. We call stress ‘I can cope’ because you've coped before, you'll cope again.
