There was a time when I thought discipline was punishment.
Now I see it as protection.

From foster care to faith, God used discipline, faith, and grace to shape my purpose.
This episode is deeply personal, a reflection on how I learned to connect my mind to my body, recognize when I’m in pain, and give myself permission to rest, heal, and listen.

I cried while recording this one. Not from sadness, but from surrender.
Because for the first time, I understood that my body isn’t just mine , it’s a vessel.
