Kalamay Lansong is a sweet sticky rice cake dessert/kakanin popular in the Philippines. It is made of glutinous rice and coconut milk with latik on top! Together, let's make this delicious and chewy Filipino kakanin!

Ingredients are:
1 cup coconut milk to make latik
3 cups glutinous rice flour
2 1/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup sugar

Steam for 50 minutes
