This stately, proud home was built as a country residence for the Brussels banker Jean-Antoine Ories. The history of the castle and the phenomenal park around it go back as far as 1761!

Since 1958, the castle and gatehouse have been protected as monuments, and the surrounding park has also been given a protected landscape status. Although you can see the gatehouse from the street, you can of course not just jump in to take a look. After all, the domain is still private.

Fortunately, the Parkfeesten exist! Thanks to the kindness of the owner and the tireless efforts of a lot of volunteers, you have free access to these authentic and unique gardens for 1 day a year (each last Sunday in June). The gardeners of the domain always ensure that the park is in perfect condition.
