Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having roasted pink radishes! As if radishes weren't cute anyway, they look even more beautiful when you roast them. 😻 Together with fresh parsley this dish does not only look great but also tastes amazing! And let me tell you, it's a super healthy meal or side dish. Radishes are a great source of vitamin C while containing almost no calories. :D If radishes are too spicy for you, try roasting them since they will lose their spiciness thereby. Do you prefer radishes raw or cooked? :)
