Item Modifier is one of the most loved Terraria mod by the viewers that I've covered. Makes sense, it's one of the craziest mod in Terraria, letting players edit all their favorite items! Sadly, the Item Modifier is discontinued, and is no longer searchable. There is one alternative for players luckily, and it is called DragonLens.
