5 Terrible Breakfast Foods?

From what I can tell this guy is very holistic and natural food oriented.

I totally respect people who can live that lifestyle.

Here’s the problem…

Most can’t

So when you decide to have a bagel, a protein bar, or some almond milk, these individuals are making you think you’re failing.

This is my rule of thumb for people who speak in these extreme terms.

“When people speak in absolutes, you absolutely don’t listen to them.”

Dieting is hard.

More specifically behaviour change is really hard.

So these individuals try to fearmonger you into thinking, anything other than staying away from foods, and calling them toxic is the solution.

This is for a couple of reasons

1) This style of thinking has worked for them or people they know. - They have specific anecdotes that make them believe everyone has to do this.

2) This has become a way of life, like an ideology. - Not a system of belief based on facts, because they intentionally ignore the data, but simply go with blind faith in their lifestyle like a religion.

I hope some of the details I gave you help give you some better context to what is ACTUALLY practical for you to use.

I’ll say it again.

Don’t worry about living in extremes. Find the sustainable in-between.
