Search With Sound
Live 12.3 unlocks Splice’s new Search With Sound feature—find samples by dropping in audio or capturing a selection within your project. Splice will instantly suggest top compatible sounds from the entire catalog, all matched to your track’s key and tempo.

Use it on a single loop or across multiple audio and MIDI tracks. Quickly build out an idea, find the perfect layer for a live take, or uncover that one sound that makes your project shine.

Preview in Context
Audition Splice sounds directly in Ableton, synced to your session. Filter, search, and hear loops in real time against your track. For one-shots, you can even set how often they trigger during preview—so dialing in that perfect hi-hat or snare is easier than ever.
