কম তেলে মচমচে চিড়া ভাজা/crispy chira bhaja/fried flattened rice/spicy fried poha is a easy and delicious snacks. You can have it with tea or any time. Following ingredients are needed to complete the recipe.

Ingredients:-
01) Flattened rice/Chira/Poha 250 gm
02) Oil 3-4 table spoon
03) Onion medium size 1
04) Green chili 3
05) Mustered oil 1 table spoon
06) Lemon

Procedure:-
01) Place a pan on burner, add oil, allow to be hot, add chira/ poha/flattened rice, fry till light golden brown, allow to be cool down.
02) Take sliced onion, chopped green chili & salt in a bowl, crash it, add fried chira/flattened rice & little bit lemon juice, mix well and serve
