Mazda RX-8 Fujitsubo Catback Exhaust| Review & Sounds

Описание к видео Mazda RX-8 Fujitsubo Catback Exhaust| Review & Sounds

I managed to find a gently used Fujitsubo catback exhaust system for my series 1 Mazda RX-8 and i jumped at the opportunity because it aligned well with my preferences. I live in an apartment complex, and i hate folks who impose their noise on us. So i wanted an exhaust with a very quiet cold start and idle to avoid bothering the neighbors on early race morning departures. I also can't stand slow cars that are loud and obnoxious (or ANYTHING that is overly loud and obnoxious, for that matter!). I also appreciate a quiet highway cruise, since let's be honest most of the time spend driving is to-and-from events, even for track weekends.

The Fujitsubo is reputed as being one of the most reserved, quiet, and mature RX-8 options. Rotaries can be notoriously high pitched, buzzy, and loud, and the Fujitsubo features a large main muffler and a nice helmholtz resonance chamber to tune out (i presume) boomy frequencies. The tips are sporty but understated, it has stainless construction with 3" mandrel bends, and the overall fit and finish is superb.
