Yo friends! This video isn't just for the avid runner, but one that's interested in getting better. Marcus is a perfect example of resilience, hard work and a dream coming together. In 2024, he qualified for the Marathon Olympic Trials and I was there actually in the same race. Just like 45 minutes behind him!

He's come through many injuries, but the biggest one we talk about in the video. The dreaded achilles. What a bitch these can be for runners.

We've gone through so much together and since 2020, he hasn't seen the same issues, thus he's able to train consistently, thus...he's qualified for the trials. It's be great watching this happen and I'm so thankful for my time with him.
