no reconciliation without confrontation

My brief thoughts on how gently facing our fears and reflecting on our relationships can promote character growth and personal wellbeing. I take some spiritual tangents, loosely in line with nonduality, and hope that they make some sense. Generally I'm new to posting on YouTube, and this is the first video of this kind where I start with a simple sentence of a recent realization and ramble on from that point.
