This is the THIRD episode of our Gibb River Road adventure in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia. If you missed the first two episodes in the series, you can catch up on those here:

We finished our last episode when we arrived at the most remote place we've ever been: McGowan Island Beach near Kalumburu. That's where we start this episode, where we enjoy the peaceful beauty of a camp so far from anything with our mates ‪@justvanningit‬. We go fishing on the boat, have plenty of campfires and run into a bit of a situation with the fuel. We also head on out to Mitchell Falls to do the most difficult walk we've ever done, and that along with a few other things going wrong lead to our most challenging week on our trip so far. We finished it off strong though with the best free camp we've been to, Gibb River Rest, where we enjoyed a relaxing few days camped on the Gibb River.
