Mixed Mushroom Risotto with Fried Sage Leaves
I tried to make this recipe using Hello Fresh. It was good!

This recipe is good for two (according to HF)
Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
200g Mixed Mushrooms (Oyster, Button, Cremini)
3/4 cup Arborio Rice
56g Onion, chopped
56g Baby Spinach
7g Sage
2 Garlic cloves
3 tsp Vegetable Broth Concentrate
4 tbsp White Cooking Wine
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)

You can also add some meat or protein, if you like.
ex. 310g Chicken Breast Tenders
