What to do when you run out of salt, in your Kinetico water system:

In this short video Sam explains how to refill the brine drum and manually cycle your twin tank non electrical Kinetico water system. These instructions are good for both city and well water systems.

1. Remove the lid, which is usually black, by unsnapping the top portion of the brine drum.
2. Open the bag of salt, and slowly pour it into the brine drum (salt container).
3. Close the brine drum, by snapping the lid back on.
4. Manually regenerate your system using a screw driver, for detailed manually regeneration instructions please view the instructional video on our channel.
*Make sure to regenerate both sides of the system.
