சோம்பு / Fennal - 1/2 Tbsp
கறிவேப்பில்லை / Curry leaves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
மல்லித்தூள் / Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
பச்ச மிளகாய் இடித்தது / Green Chilli Paste - 1/4 Tbsp
அரிசி மாவு /Rice Flour - 1/2 Tbsp
கடலை மாவு / Gram Flour - 3/4 Tbsp
எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon Juice - 1/4 spoon
