The plaintiff says the defendant, her younger sister, took her car out while she was sleeping and crashed it, so the plaintiff is suing for the balance due on her vehicle loan, an insurance deductible, and a car rental fee. The defendant says she also struggled with drug abuse but insists she has been clean for nearly two years.
