Shops at Gelligaer, in Caerphilly's Rhymney Valley, were experiencing problems with a group of youths who harassed people. The neighbourhood policing team, and warden colleagues from the Safer Caerphilly Community Safety Partnership, increased patrols and got a behaviour order.The film is a re-enactment involving Gwent Police Youth Advisory Group.
