After now doing a couple races as well as training in both of these spikes for a couple months I've made my decision on which spikes are superior !

Both are good spikes but there is one clear winner when you hear my arguments !

If Puma or New Balance want to get in on the action they can send me a pair of shoes if they like ? ;)
