Tuning Shogun's S2000 in CSG Tokyo + Visiting R-Magic! | Seat Time — Episode 24 (4K)

After spending a few days at HKS HQ in Fujinomiya and wrapping up our short stay in Fujiyoshida, we hit the road to Tsukuba at the start of the week.

On the way, we made a quick detour to R Magic, a renowned rotary specialist shop, to say hi and pick up some parts for a friend. Next, we headed into Tokyo to visit Car Shop Glow and catch up with Brian, finalizing arrangements for the HKS Hiper Day on December 5th.

While there, Jacky turned tuner for half a day, working on some custom tunes for friends and clients. The tuning world is vast but feels small thanks to social networks! Through mutual friends, we connected with Jacky from Shogun Autosport, a high-end car detailer in Tokyo. Interestingly, he was the middleman for the No.000 HKS GR86 sold at TAS 2024—the very car we initially planned to purchase.

With limited time, JTune Jacky managed to custom-tune one of Shogun Jacky’s cars, an AP2 S2000 CR, using Hondata FlashPro.

Winter days in Japan mean early sunsets, with Tokyo turning dark by 4:30 PM. After a busy day of tuning and catching up, we wrapped up at 6:30 PM, still over an hour away from our hotel in Tsukuba. Another packed day on the road!
