Donkey Kong 2 GAME & WATCH with screen bleed AND in need of NEW POLARIZERS | Can I FIX It?

I bought this Nintendo DK2 Game & Watch off of eBay for £31. It has some dark patches on the top screen and the sprites are very faint.

Features guest appearance from Elwood the cat.

Will I be able to fix it?
