This is not a typical video for me! I am just ranting this on Youtube because this made me SO SO mad! So thank you guys for watching. If you have any answers or anyway to help or overcome this please do. I just got hit with the biggest scam in my Ebay career ever!

This is a common scam where the Buyer Scams the Seller by filing a claim with Ebay saying the item doesn't work. Ebay will refund them if they send the item back. They can basically send a rock in a box as long as they provide a tracking number. He sent me a broken Iphone Screen! Well I must have been lucky because I finally am a victim of this scam.

Yes, I understand maybe it was stupid for selling something this expensive on Ebay but I been selling well for all these years!

Ugh...I am SO MAD! And when I called Ebay, the representative told me that there is nothing on Ebay that protects sellers. AND HE HUNG UP ON ME! Terrible.

So I went on Ebay Seller's Central and from what I read really all you can do is file police reports and report him to the Postal Inspector and Cyber Crime Unit. So I did all of that. Hopefully this person will just get arrested eventually.

Oh I found him on instagram! He deleted his Facebook page but his IG page is still there! He post pics of all the stuff he bought on ebay! I wonder if he scammed every one of them sellers....
