Video Transcript: Hi! I’m Karen Malanga, principal broker with RE/MAX Key Properties. And the reason we’re here today is I wanted to talk a little bit about marketing luxury properties. Both my daughter, Christine Marshall, and I are Certified Luxury Home Specialists. And when we’re lucky enough and fortunate enough to have the opportunity to market one of the higher end homes in Central Oregon, we do go about it in a special way because we’re trying to reach out to special buyers.

So, what we like to do is promote it to different parts geographically throughout the United States. We tend to put a little more emphasis on different types of photography that will be attractive to either the global market and maybe more urban markets that are outside of Central Oregon.

So, this home in particular is listed at $2.6 million. And what we did for this home, knowing that it was going to be coming on the market a little bit in the fall, we photographed it during the summer months.
