So I'm testing 4 pieces of Angmet and an essence on my pants that causes a bleeding effect for 6 seconds - it seems to work well. Also with CC immunity it's much better, but unfortunately I lose 10% of the cooldown for Vortex. But overall I think this build is almost perfect. In this game I managed to make 27 kills, but this doesn't happen in every game, I had a great team - 5 Tempests, so...
