Birthplace of TONKOTSU RAMEN - Kurume, Japan

We're eating the ORIGINAL pork bone (tonkotsu) ramen! Let's just say it's not exactly what I expected. In addition to this historical bowl, we're visiting 3 other top-notch ramen shops in Kurume City, Fukuoka. Kurume isn't know for a whole lot...but it is for ramen - a heavier, more pungent tonkotsu ramen too.
