SEFI@Work: Making sense of microcredentials w/in Continuing Engineering Education/Lifelong Learning

There has been a rapid growth in microcredentials over recent years, providing learners and organisations access to continuing education and professional learning in a more flexible manner. These microcredentials are being offered by new companies and on new platforms, as well as by more traditional educational institutions.

Like any relatively new venture and service, there are questions about how does an organisation respond to this opportunity?

In this SEFI@work session, in conjunction with the International Association for Continuing Engineering Education (IACEE), we explored some of these practical, organisational and operational perspectives.
