His company specialises in the delivery of sports nutrition programmes in schools and academies, concentrating on a food-first approach and focusing on building nutrition habits to develop healthy and sporty students. He also supports some of the top athletes with his 1:1 nutrition consultancy service, across a wide variety of sports.
