This is the video comprised of three shows filmed at the Royal Albert Hall in England during the "vs. The World" tour for the Mind Bomb album. I believe it was also available in PAL format, but I'm not entirely sure. It was directed by Tim Pope and the quality of picture and sound are quite good.
