▬ In diese Mischanlage speziell für Trockenmischgüter sind sämtliche Anlagenkomponenten verbaut, welche speziell für das Handling von Schüttgütern konzipiert sind.
Für die Verwendung von Sackwaren, werden sogenannte Sackaufgabetrichter eingesetzt. Wird das Ausgangsmaterial in Big-Bags verwendet, so bietet KNIELE Lösungen für Einweg- und Mehrweg-Bags an. Von dort aus wird das Rohmaterial zum Mischer gefördert und vermischt.
Bei dieser Anlage wird das fertige Mischgut auf mehrere Arten weiterverarbeitet…entweder wird es in eine Absackanlage gefördert und in Säcke abgepackt, in ein Hochsilo zur anschließenden LKW-Befüllung oder aber über eine Förderschnecke in eine Big-Bag-Befüllstation transportiert und in Big-Bags verfüllt.

KNIELE bietet die komplette Anlagen- und Verfahrenstechnik für solche Mischanlagen.

▬ In this mixing plant especially for dry mixed materials, all plant components are installed which are specially designed for the handling of bulk materials.
For the use of bagged goods, so-called bag feed hoppers are used. If the raw material is used in big bags, KNIELE offers solutions for disposable and reusable bags. From there the raw material is conveyed to the mixer and mixed.
In this plant, the finished mix is further processed in several ways...either it is conveyed to a bagging plant and packed into bags, to a high silo for subsequent truck filling, or it is transported via a screw conveyor to a big bag filling station and filled into big bags.

KNIELE offers the complete plant and process technology for such mixing plants.
