BMW K1200RS Power upgrade, going from 98hp to 130hp

Описание к видео BMW K1200RS Power upgrade, going from 98hp to 130hp

In this video, we're replacing the intake tubes on a 2000 BMW K1200RS to upgrade the power from 98hp to 130hp.

To do this you will need at least the larger intake tubes from a 130hp bike, that were sold in the USA market.
If you don't want to modify your original airbox, you can get an airbox from a 130hp model.

The intake tubes used in this video were purchased on eBay.

The upgrade is done in a few easy steps:
Disassembling the bike
Modifying the airbox to accept the new intake tubes ( skip this if you're replacing the air box too )
Taking out the yellow relay ( it's just a jumper )
Assembling everything back

Here is a list of tools that were used in the video.
