Omega 3 Fish oil is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids which are essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA). They are essential for phospholipids of all cell membranes! Omega 3 Fatty acids are anti-inflammatory! They are important for your heart, your brain, your eyes, your skin, your hormones, your mood and so much more.

This is my favorite fish oil since it is made from anchovies (small fish) and is professional grade and 3rd party tested to ensure no mercury.
