Raw denim in the washing machine??

In this video, I decided to take a pair of Unbranded raw selvedge denim, and wash them in the washing machine and dry them in the dryer.

No soak.

No tub scrub.

No pulling them prior to the spin cycle.

No low heat, just high heat.

Now, TO BE TRANSPARENT, these jeans have a couple hundred wears and have been soaked 2 times in a tub.
Once with hot water (the fit was too baggy, still is), and another with cold water.
However, in doing this experiment, the end result was still affected by the use of a washer and dryer.

The washing machine does have a Jeans setting, but for some reason I completely missed it!
