Continuing on from the previous part, I catch a Toxel, make it to the dam outside Mesagoza, and then decide to just fly closer to where I was heading.
After healing up at a pokemon center, I head in the direction of a new city.
Along the way I catch nine more pokemon, find more items, and battle a few trainers.
The pokemon I catch in this part (Not including Toxel, as I already mentioned that one!) are:
Cyclizar (A very odd looking pokemon!), Murkrow, Magnemite, Slowpoke, (I somehow never noticed it was always a water psychic type!), Wattrel, Mareanie, Sandygast, Finizen, (I obviously named that one Ecco!) and a Crabrawler.
Along with doing all that, I also end up bumping into director Cla-, I mean, "Clive", again due to the next team star base blocking off the path.
He voices that his main concern about team star is that they never show up for classes! (He really take truancy seriously it seems!)
He also still denies being the director, but does reveal that he overheared our first conversation with Cassiopeia at the academy ages ago, which is why he followed us to find out more about what team star is up to.
He leaves after Cassiopeia calls to inform us about the next base.
Cassiopeia simply warns us that it won't be easy now with the base being on high alert.
But my goal isn't to do that challenge yet, so I just cross the river itelf on Miraidon's back! (Good thing I got that second ability from the herba mystica!)
So with all of that out of the way, I make it to just right outside the next city.
Instead of going there right away, I ended up catching pokemon and battling trainers on the beach! (I already listed all the other pokemon I caught in this part!)

Side note: As I posted on my channel earlier today, my bird died today in the morning.
I had that bird for 10 years, so if you've ever heard a bird in the background in my videos over those years, it was that bird!
They always chirped whenever I'd record videos or play one of my videos.
I'll miss that little guy/gal? (Never figured out what sex the bird was!) and their chirping ways.
RIP Bird.

Extra side note: A Murkrow being one of the default thumbnails feels kind of fitting with the above in mind!
Kind of makes it look like it is mourning the bird's death as well.
