At the end of 2023 we received the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD. After months of testing and digging in deep, we put out the most comprehensive review in both Video and Written form. And people asked “but what about (insert other Nordic Combo Machine)”. So we started connecting with the other companies and explaining what we wanted to do.

They were excited, and we began the process of putting together today’s video looking at the 4 major offerings of Nordic Combo Machines for the home gym athlete… giving each their own review, and then comparing them side by side.

This has been a project in the works for multiple months so we could be certain that what we share is based on ongoing testing, in depth analysis, and detailed break downs of the Pros and Cons of each of these Nordic Back Extension machines.

While we have our favorite for our home gym, we also recognize that not every home gym is the same.
