"Relieved of Their Valuables" follows "Intolerable Infestation" as part of the Legionfall Campaign and is available from Archmage Khadgar in Deliverance Point of Broken Shore. It will require you to loot 10 Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches found around the Broken Shore. These small treasure chests can be found all around the zone and respawn frequently. Once a player loots one of these chests, it will despawn after 30 seconds, so it CAN be beneficial to move around as a group and loot them together. I have included a map that shows some of the common locations I see treasure chests (this map is not all inclusive). If a treasure chest is located inside of a cave or structure, the text will be greyed out; search inside of nearby caves and structures to find these chests. The mini-map will also show you if a chest is above or below your current location. When the Mage Tower is active, Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches are upgraded to Veiled Wyrmtongue Chests; I'm assuming that these will also provide progress for this quest. Though you'll find yourself competing with players to obtain 10 chests, eventually you will be able to do this quest within a few hours. Keep patrolling the zone to maximize your efficiency. Return to Archmage Khadgar once you have looted 10 Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches. This quest provides progress for the Breaching the Tomb Legion Quest achievement.
